Responsibilities

• Ensure cost efficient procurement supporting daily operations.
• Maintain documentation in contract management and ERP systems.
• Align procurement with internal and external requirements.
• Follow up on deliveries and expedite requests.
• Issue purchase orders, call-offs and use established contracts.
• Seek market intelligence and monitor local/regional supplier movements.
• Secure competition, issue RFQs, evaluate bids and negotiate.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods including expediting.
• Contribute to material master data improvements and new material masters.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and controls.
