Job summary

Ovation Search represents a Nordic data centre business seeking a Project Director based in Norway or Sweden. This is a senior leadership role within a growing platform, working closely with founders and the leadership team to shape delivery across major data centre developments.

You will lead projects from early preconstruction through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating commercial, technical and delivery functions and building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Estabished Project Director with significant data centre delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across full lifecycle.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to engage senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Take overall leadership and accountability for major data centre developments.
• Lead project mobilisation, strategy, programme, governance and structure.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
