Job summary

GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee a portfolio of data centre projects across Europe. Based in Oslo with occasional travel, you will shape commercial policy, contract strategy and risk appetite, and build a high-performing team.

You will report to the executive team, drive margin protection, and manage multi-currency contracting in a Nordic/European context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial teams on large-scale data centre or complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and portfolio accountability.
• Strong knowledge of international contract forms and multi-currency contracting.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function across a portfolio of large data centre projects, setting strategy and governance.
• Own commercial performance, margin protection and cash position across the portfolio.
• Oversee contract negotiations, procurement strategy and subcontract packages.
• Manage risk, provide forecasting to senior leadership, and report clearly.
• Build and develop a high-performing commercial team and support business strategy.
