Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway, is seeking a Deputy Project Director to lead major hyperscale data centre delivery. You will report to the Project Director and oversee day-to-day execution, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and commercial performance.

You bring 10+ years in construction project delivery, 3-5 years in senior leadership on large-scale projects, and a track record delivering €50M+ programs with hyperscale or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Chartered Engineer are advantageous.
• 10+ years in construction project delivery.
• Experience delivering mission-critical, industrial, or data centre projects valued over €50M is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in overall project lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning.
• Manage client relationships and executive reporting.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk with mitigation strategies.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
