Job summary

JDL Recruitment is partnering with a leading AI infrastructure company to appoint a Project Director in Norway. You will lead large-scale data centre projects from planning through handover, coordinating cross-border teams and key partners to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires 12+ years delivering major construction programs, a degree in a related discipline, strong MEP/data centre knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering major construction projects
• Degree in a related discipline
• Design-and-build or EPC experience
• Strong MEP and data centre construction knowledge
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data centre projects through to handover to operations
• Manage cost, schedule, risk and performance
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and the supply chain across multiple countries
• Support commercial, procurement and contracting activities
• Make sure delivery meets regulatory and ESG requirements
