Volue is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the Nordics from Oslo or Trondheim. You will partner with leaders on design, workforce planning and capability building, while navigating complex employee relations and regional labor frameworks across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

You will coach managers, drive restructurings and post-acquisition integration, and lead compensation, talent reviews and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership.
• Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change.
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language.
• Experience in tech/engineering environments is a strong advantage.

We are now looking for a Senior People Partner to take ownership of the Nordics and who can help us to continuously improve Volue's ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.

You will be the trusted partner to leaders who are technical, fast-moving and commercially driven - operating in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. We are looking for a self-going People Partner who sits in the room when organisational decisions get made, challenges the thinking, and then carries it through to execution.

The role will be located in either of our Norwegian offices : Oslo or Trondheim

What you will be doing to make a difference:

What you need to succeed:

• 8+ years in People/HR roles, with at least 4 years as a business partner to leadership
• Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change
• Working knowledge of Nordic labor law, ideally across more than one country, plus experience with unions and collective agreements
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
• Experience in tech, engineering environments is a strong advantage
