Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a high voltage technical scope manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering HV design and engineering solutions for complex projects in energy infrastructure.

You will interface with clients, manage tenders and contracts, and coordinate across disciplines to ensure cost-effective, reliable outcomes. A strong leadership and mentoring mindset is essential for success in a global, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in electrical engineering required.
• Extensive experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across borders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with local and global experts.
• Serve as key client interface, safeguarding interests and building partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other areas for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities with follow-up and QA.
