Job summary

You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑voltage design and engineering for substations and overhead lines while building strong client relationships and driving projects to successful completion.

You will collaborate across borders and disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and oversee tendering, contracts, and stakeholder management, ensuring plans, budgets

Qualifications

• Experience with HV/EHV substation or overhead line design and project execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across borders.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as key client interface, ensuring scope clarity and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other areas for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site activities, follow‑up, and quality assurance.
