Ramboll invites you to join our Power Systems team as the HV Technical Scope Manager, leading multidisciplinary projects in high voltage design and engineering. You will interface with clients to clarify scope and protect their interests while driving tendering and negotiations.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate across borders to deliver integrated, cost‑effective solutions. Based in Norway, you will contribute to a Net Zero future and benefit from flexible working conditions

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality HV design and engineering solutions
• Acting as a key client interface—ensuring clear scope understanding and building long‑term partnerships
• Overseeing tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management
• Coordinating with other business areas to ensure integrated, cost‑effective solutions
• Managing technical and commercial aspects of projects with schedules and budgets
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers across borders
• Supporting site and field activities, including follow‑up and quality assurance
