Job summary

Rambøll is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager to join our Power Systems team in Norway. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑voltage design and engineering solutions while acting as a primary interface to clients and partners.

You will mentor engineers, oversee tendering and contracts, and coordinate with related disciplines to ensure cost-effective, reliable outcomes. Remote work options are available as part of flexible conditions.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience.
• Proven leadership and client-facing collaboration across countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Serve as key client interface, safeguarding interests and building partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with buildings, transport, environment, and other domains for integrated solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities with follow-up and QA.
