Empiric is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to lead strategic data centre solutions in Norway. You will own key accounts, drive new business across hyperscale, MTDC/colocation and enterprise customers, and engage early with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.

This commercially focused leadership role requires a track record of executive-level selling, matrix-organisation experience, and strong CRM/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in outside sales or global account management.
• Track record selling at executive level into large, complex customers.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow strategic accounts, with revenue accountability.
• Build executive relationships and lead negotiations on large contracts and master supply agreements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Build and manage a pipeline of renewals, projects and new opportunities.
• Lead consultative, vendor-agnostic, solution-led sales: map the ecosystem and solve complex DC challenges.
