Huawei Sweden is seeking a senior business development manager to lead expansion across the European data center landscape, focusing on Norway. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, targeting multi-megawatt opportunities and high-density colocation deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Data Center, Colocation or Hyperscaler sectors.
• Strong Norway market network desirable.
• Proven track record of multi-million dollar sales quotas and large contracts.
• Excellent English communication; Norwegian proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in Norway and own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Build and manage relationships with decision-makers across data center ecosystem.
• Close complex multi-megawatt data center contracts and hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in European power/land landscape.
