Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to grow strategic data centre relationships across the Nordics. The role focuses on MTDC, hyperscale and cloud customers, with exposure to major projects and executive-level negotiations.

You will manage key accounts, expand business across Norway and the Nordics, and lead complex sales cycles with cross-functional teams. Travel across the Nordics is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior sales / strategic account management.
• Experience selling into large, complex organisations.
• Data centre / critical infrastructure experience advantageous.
• Existing relationships across MTDC, hyperscale or cloud customers a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing strategic data centre accounts
• Developing new business across Norway and the wider Nordics
• Selling both white space and grey space solutions
• Building relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders
• Identifying major project and account opportunities
• Leading complex sales and contract negotiations
• Developing strategic account plans and increasing customer spend
• Engaging with customers, consultants, contractors and partners early in the project lifecycle
• Travelling across the Nordics as required
