Job summary

Scope AI is building the world’s largest dataset on the condition of built world assets and expanding across Europe. We seek a technically strong account leader to own relationships with key clients, run end-to-end rollouts, and tailor solutions on site at client facilities in London.

You will work with inspectors in chemical plants and factories, shaping deployments from scoping to delivery. The role is highly technical, collaborative, and requires managing major accounts end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large client accounts.
• Deeply technical with strong communication.
• Willing to relocate to London; US Citizenship a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own our key accounts through the pipeline: from technical scoping through to implementation.
• Spend time with inspectors in factories and chemical plants to tailor solutions.
• Run the project plan for each rollout: timelines, blockers, responsibilities.
• Configure and build the technical pieces a rollout needs including workflows and data structures.
• Build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
