Fireworks is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to own leading customer accounts long-term, partnering with Account Executives to scope pilots, define success criteria, and manage the technical side of commercial conversations. You will own the account after signature, driving adoption and expansion over years.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include first principles thinking and ability to reason without reference implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent depth.
• 3+ years in roles combining technical substance with commercial ownership (deployment strategy, technical consulting, founder, forward deployed, or similar).
• Strong technical credibility: capable of engaging with customer engineering leadership and field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Account Ownership: Own customer relationship and commercial outcome from signature onward, including adoption, expansion, and renewals.
• Deal Support: Partner with AEs pre-signature on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial framing.
• Delivery Cadence: Run the operating rhythm of the account across multiple teams.
• Value Realization: Translate customer goals into deployment milestones and ensure delivery.
• Expansion Strategy: Identify and drive new workloads, teams, and use cases within existing accounts.
• Voice of Customer: Represent account needs with technical precision.
