Job summary

Wonderful is introducing a Deployment Strategist to lead AI deployments from discovery to production rollout across enterprise customers. You will translate ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes, sitting between customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product to ensure alignment on what is built and why it matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in deployment-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand processes and systems and identify key problems to solve.
• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics, and integration plans for pilots and rollouts.
• Translate customer needs into deployment plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout deployments.
• Support production launches and ensure solutions are adopted and working as intended.
• Monitor deployed agents and drive follow-up improvements based on usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
