Job summary

Nevis is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical counterpart for our enterprise customers. You own the deployment from scoping to go-live, translating each firm's workflows into configurations and AI-powered processes that advisors use every day.

The role requires hands-on coding in Python/SQL, strong API skills, and comfort with data, as well as travel to client sites to implement and support deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a forward deployed, solutions engineering or similar customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company.
• Strong engineer who uses Python and SQL; comfortable across systems, APIs and real-world data.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic tooling in production; know where they are reliable.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical side of enterprise deployments end to end, from scoping through go-live and expansion.
• Be the customer's main technical point of contact, collaborating with engineers, operations and leadership.
• Translate client workflows into Nevis builds, configurations and automated processes.
