Job summary

LangChain in London is seeking a Deployed Architect to join the Professional Services team. You will design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers, spanning Kubernetes, IaC, security, and observability.

The role blends software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing work, with opportunities to shape best practices and work on cutting-edge AI technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Deployed Architect.
• Experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including cluster design and multi-region deployments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices.
• Experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments.
• Develop multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks, and optimize prompts.
• Lead technical assessments with enterprise customers and guide deployments.
