Job summary

Nscale is building data centre facilities across Europe to power AI workloads. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site fit-out projects, coordinating design, engineering and construction from inception to handover.

You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and risk, maintain governance and reporting, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class, sustainable infrastructure in line with Nscale’s AI mission.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale data centre construction projects.
• Experience with fit-out works and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead data centre project delivery from design through construction and handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and external partners to deliver on time and safely.
• Monitor risks, forecasts, and reporting to enable proactive decisions.
• Maintain strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Chair status meetings and communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, EH&S, Finance, Operations) for seamless delivery.
• Ensure alignment with cost targets and contractual requirements.
