Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our London Professional Services team. You will train, advise and consult with customers to optimise their use of our AI work platform during implementations or ongoing managed services engagements.

You will lead AI transformation projects, design tailored solutions including configurations, automations, and reporting, and manage relationships with client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation consulting, managed services, customer success or technical project management.
• Led software implementation or managed services projects with hands-on build/configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk or collaborative work management software.
• Strong PM and problem-solving skills rooted in computational thinking and systems design.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn new concepts, business models and technologies.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; able to communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and integration tools (make.com) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy; proactive and adaptable.
• BA or BS degree preferred.

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Forward Deployed Consultant to join our London Professional Services team! In this role, you will train, advise and consult with customers to optimise their use of the company AI work platform during the course of an implementation project or ongoing managed services engagement. You will also be interacting with customers and internal account teams to ensure customer success while planning and managing these projects!

About the Role

Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for the company customers, designing and building tailored solutions including configurations, automations, reporting, user management, and other advanced the company features and functionality.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of the company across their organisation.

• Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the the company platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for migrations and integrations as needed.

• Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for our customers.

• Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects by building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on time and on budget.

• Lead online webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our product.

• Represent the voice of the customer by advocating for their needs and influencing the product development roadmap.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager or technical project manager.

• Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration.

• Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and a strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building workflows

• Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, rooted in computational thinking and systems design.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.

• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.

• Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and other integration tools (make.com) is a plus.

• Superb written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

• Ability to take initiative and adapt.

• BA or BS degree preferred.
