Job summary

Finago, a Nordic software company, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to shape and optimize our commercial processes from lead to signed customer. You will bridge data, people and systems to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• A master’s degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and support better decision-making.
• Structured and able to see the bigger picture and how processes and teams connect.
• Strong execution skills and ability to turn ideas and analysis into tangible implementations and measurable improvements.
• Enjoy working across departments and coordinating people, tasks, and processes.
• Proactive and able to identify what needs to be done, even without being asked.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Own, define, and continuously develop commercial processes across departments.
• Optimize the customer journey from lead to signed customer and implement improvements.
• Analyze data and translate insights into concrete actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate ongoing tasks and initiatives across teams for alignment and progress.
• Identify challenges, structure them, and develop scalable solutions.
• Own the entire value chain from need identification to solution delivery.
• Support commercial teams with processes, analysis, structure, and decision support.
• Contribute to new ways of working and routines to improve efficiency.
• See the bigger picture and proactively determine what needs to be done.
