At Finago, we are setting a new standard for finance and HR software across the Nordics. Our mission? To become the most customer-centric business software company. To help us achieve this ambition, we are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help make it happen.

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our commercial processes. You will work across departments and teams, acting as the person who sees the bigger picture, identifies what needs to be done, and makes sure that effective solutions are put into practice.

The role combines analytics, process development, coordination, and execution. You will support our commercial teams with insights and structure while owning and continuously developing processes that guide the customer throughout the entire commercial value chain – from lead to signed customer.

You will be an important link between people, data, systems, and processes, with a clear goal of making our organization more efficient, data-driven, and scalable.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Own, define, and continuously develop commercial processes, both within commercial teams and across departments.
  • Take responsibility for continuously optimizing the customer journey from lead to signed customer, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that changes are successfully implemented.
  • Analyze data and translate insights into concrete actions that improve commercial efficiency and strengthen decision-making.
  • Coordinate ongoing tasks and initiatives across teams, ensuring progress, alignment, and effective collaboration.
  • Identify challenges and areas for improvement, structure them effectively, and develop strong, scalable solutions.
  • Take ownership of the entire value chain – from identifying a need and understanding and structuring the challenge, to developing a solution and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Support commercial teams with processes, analysis, structure, and decision support, enabling them to perform at their best.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing new ways of working, processes, and routines that improve organizational efficiency.
  • See the bigger picture and proactively identify what needs to be done – even when the task has not been clearly defined in advance.
