Finago seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to develop and optimize commercial processes. You will align across departments, own the customer journey, and transform data into actionable improvements, driving efficiency and scalability.

The role reports to the Chief of Staff and requires strong analytics, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration in a Nordic tech environment. Minimum bachelor’s in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Technology or related field; master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and support better decision‑making.
• Structured and an effective problem solver with the ability to see the bigger picture and how processes and teams are interconnected.
• Strong execution skills and the ability to turn ideas and analysis into tangible implementation and measurable improvements.
• Enjoy working across departments and coordinating people, tasks, and processes.
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own, define, and continuously develop commercial processes across departments.
• Optimize the customer journey from lead to signed customer and implement improvements.
• Analyze data and translate insights into concrete actions to improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Coordinate ongoing tasks and initiatives across teams with alignment and collaboration.
• Identify challenges, structure them, and develop scalable solutions across the value chain.
• Support commercial teams with processes, analysis, structure, and decision support.
