Finago, a Nordic leader in finance and HR software, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, translate data into actionable improvements, and collaborate across departments to scale operations.
The role emphasizes analytics, process development, and execution, with a focus on making the organization more data-driven and scalable. Fluent Norwegian and English are required.

At Finago, we are setting a new standard for finance and HR software across the Nordics. Our mission? To become the most customer-centric business software company. To help us achieve this ambition, we are now looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help make it happen.
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our commercial processes. You will work across departments and teams, acting as the person who sees the bigger picture, identifies what needs to be done, and makes sure that effective solutions are put into practice.
The role combines analytics, process development, coordination, and execution. You will support our commercial teams with insights and structure while owning and continuously developing processes that guide the customer throughout the entire commercial value chain – from lead to signed customer.
You will be an important link between people, data, systems, and processes, with a clear goal of making our organization more efficient, data-driven, and scalable.
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who combines strong analytical skills with excellent execution capabilities. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex challenges.
To succeed in this role, you:
Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in Data Analytics or a similar discipline is preferred.
Have strong analytical skills and enjoy using data to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and support better decision-making.
Are structured and an effective problem solver, while also being able to see the bigger picture and understand how different processes and teams are interconnected.
Have strong execution skills and the ability to turn ideas and analysis into tangible implementation and measurable improvements.
Enjoy working across departments and are skilled at coordinating people, tasks, and processes.
Are proactive and naturally identify what needs to be done, even without being explicitly asked.
Are a strong collaborative partner who ensures that others have the information, structure, and tools they need to succeed in their roles.
Are fluent in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.
