Qualifications

• Degree required in business, finance, engineering, or similar.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; data visualization experience a plus.
• Familiar with P&L mechanics and cost/revenue concepts.

Responsibilities

• Bridge operations and finance to manage cost and revenue across maintenance contracts.
• Translate planning status into financial planning, forecasting, and decisions.
• Lead cost and profitability improvement projects across contracts.
• Maintain transparency of cost and revenue data for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Sales.
• Identify data gaps and implement corrective actions including training.
• Provide financial insights (cost types, revenue, EBIT) to management.
• Drive process improvements and data integrity for future initiatives.
