Job summary

Junior, a fast-growing SaaS company, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to run the full quote-to-cash cycle, accounting, and finance operations. You will own revenue recognition, cash management, and controls while partnering with engineers and data scientists to implement usage-based pricing models.

You will lead external audits, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and guide fundraising activities as the company scales across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience including high-growth SaaS startups.
• 2+ years in finance leadership roles.
• Holds accounting certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CPA).
• Strong US GAAP experience with IFRS/UK GAAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full quote-to-cash cycle including contract structure and invoicing.
• Drive cash management, revenue recognition, and monthly/ quarterly close processes.
• Lead automation initiatives using AI finance tools and scalable systems.
• Oversee compliance with GAAP/ IFRS and coordinate external audits.
• Support fundraising, banking relationships and finance operations.
• Collaborate with COO and C-Suite on FP&A and business insights.
