Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train and supervise kitchen and front‑of‑house staff
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
• Oversee inventory ordering and cost control measures to maximize profitability
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
• Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and eventsKeep track of financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
