Job summary

Job description

As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Oslo Norway.

Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, creating and implementing budgets, and maintaining the overall profitability of the restaurant.

You will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, scheduling shifts, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

To excel in this role you should have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position within the hospitality industry.

You must have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of employees. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.

Additionally you must be able to handle fast-paced environments and make quick decisions under pressure.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your contract.
