Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Os providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including managing staff schedules, inventory control and budget management.
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Create new menu items and specials according to customer preferences.
• Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language knowledge is an advantage.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and inventory control.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles.
