Job summary

Event Staffing in Os, Norway, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. You will lead staff, manage scheduling, inventory and budgeting, and ensure service standards are consistently high in a busy Os restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role.

We are a bustling restaurant located in the heart of Os looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management and budgeting
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and uphold company standards
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting and customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitudeBachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
