Job summary

Randstad AS is seeking an experienced Workday Solution Specialist / HRIS Consultant for a 6-month contract starting November 1. You will configure, maintain, and develop our Workday platform, and drive key HR processes while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Location flexibility: remote, or office in Oslo. Requires 4–6+ years in Workday configuration or HRIS, strong HCM, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Reporting, plus experience with integrations (EIB, Core Connectors,

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in Workday configuration or HRIS roles.
• Experience running annual HR review cycles.
• Hands-on Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Reporting.
• Understanding of integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, XML/XSLT).
• Workday certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core HCM functionality and integrations.
• Manage Workday release cycles and data governance.
• Own and drive annual HR cycles (performance reviews, compensation, goal setting, talent planning).
• Coordinate with HR, IT and international partners; develop user guides and training.
