Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in HR advisory, compensation and benefits, HR analytics or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian employment law and HR practices.
• Experience with salary processes, market benchmarking, and job evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory to managers and employees on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
• Support workforce planning and compensation decisions with market benchmarking and job evaluation guidance.
• Prepare analyses related to turnover, recruitment, absence, org structure, diversity, and compensation.
• Contribute toHR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
