Indicia Ltd in Norway is seeking an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of our client account, coordinating retail print, POSM, promotional merchandise, and branded assets. You will liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams and supplier partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

This role offers remote work with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and client services.
• Strong knowledge of marketing services and print production.
• Proven ability to manage projects from brief to delivery with deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with suppliers and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Good commercial awareness and budgeting experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Procurement and Brand teams.
• Manage multiple projects from brief through sourcing, production, logistics and delivery.
• Source retail print, POSM, display units and promotional merchandise.
• Oversee production, artwork approvals, proofs, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, PO processes and project spend.
• Produce regular reporting on status, spend and KPIs.
• Support innovation and sustainability initiatives with new materials.
• Share market insights to enhance shopper engagement and drive account growth.
