Job summary

Milliken and Company is seeking an Account Manager to develop Polartec business across Scandinavia. You will manage all aspects of sales, tenders, and new accounts, reporting to the EMEA VP of Sales and Marketing.

The role allows remote work within the region and requires strong relationships with end-users and decision-makers. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing to grow market share and drive customer satisfaction, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably textiles/apparel, in Scandinavia.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience presenting to high-level decision-makers and navigating long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue and growth goals for assigned territories.
• Develop, plan, and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, demand planning, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and report results monthly.
