Job summary

MDE is seeking a Project Control Lead to support Project Managers in achieving business and project goals. You will oversee the Master Cost Schedule and Current Cost Estimate, plan, cost estimation, and monthly reporting for dedicated projects.

You will guide Planning and Cost Control Specialists, drive project control tools adoption, and lead a multidisciplinary team through cost, planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure robust budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering or a technical Construction Management certificate.
• 10+ years of relevant project experience, preferably from early phase to execution phase projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactively follow up on progress of deliverables.
• Self-organized with excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Note: all hires screened against sanctions lists.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Manage Master Control Schedule, Current Cost Estimate, planning, cost estimation and monthly reporting.
• Guide Planning and Cost Control Specialists where applicable.
• Lead cost, planning, progress reporting, and reporting teams.
• Coordinate monthly project reporting and cost forecasting.
• Drive cost- and schedule-risk analyses and risk evaluations.
