Laminar Projects is seeking a Cost / Commercial Manager to challenge the status quo in construction. You will lead cost management using digital tools to provide dynamic project insight beyond static reporting.

You will oversee every commercial aspect from concept to close-out, and work closely with project managers, planners and design teams to keep projects on time and on budget. This is a hands-on role with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Supercharge client service: Deliver cutting-edge cost management powered by digital tools, moving beyond static reporting to dynamic project insight.
• Cradle-to-grave expertise: Oversee every commercial aspect of projects, from initial concepts through close-out.
• Champion collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, particularly with project managers, planners and design teams, to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality project deliver.
• Innovate fearlessly: Bring fresh ideas to the table, design new processes
