  • Establish the roadmap for digital platforms, including PMIS, CDE, BIM integration, cost and schedule systems, dashboards and data governance.
  • Translate business requirements into system design specifications and functional configuration.
  • Lead the selection, implementation and configuration of digital control systems (e.g. PMIS, cost management tools, scheduling platforms, CDEs).
  • Configure system modules including workflows, WBS, CBS, integrated project controls, governance and stage‑gate processes and user permissions.
  • Conduct testing, validation and optimisation of system logic, calculations, integrations and data flows.
  • Drive user adoption through training, guidance, playbooks and engaging communications.
  • Ensure all digital deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and processes, implementing improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in delivering complex digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM related subjects, e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as procurement, design, construction and handover.
