Job summary

Vår Energi is seeking experienced project control and estimating professionals to strengthen our project organization and support the development and delivery of major offshore projects. You will join a highly skilled project controls and estimating team, working alongside experienced colleagues across projects and disciplines.

The team plays a key role in planning, forecasting, and decision support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Relevant university degree within Engineering, Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience from project, engineering, business or commercial environments within Oil and Gas.
• Proven track record with estimating, project controls, planning, cost management or related disciplines.
• Proactive in exploring how digital tools, automation and AI can simplify work.
• For Project Control Lead, experience leading small teams.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen project organization and support development and delivery of offshore projects.
• Work within project controls, estimating and cost management across the lifecycle.
• Provide insights to support decisions, improve quality, and drive performance.
