Job summary

MDE Norway is seeking a Project Control Lead to provide direct support to Project Managers and to oversee master schedules, cost estimation and monthly reporting on dedicated projects in Stavanger, Norway.

You will guide planning and cost control activities, drive the use of project control tools, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost accuracy, risk evaluation and timely decision making.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Business Administration, Engineering or a technical certificate in Construction Management.
• 10+ years of relevant project experience, preferably in early phase and execution phase projects.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Proactive follow-up on progress of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Project Manager(s) to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Oversee Master Control Schedule, Current Cost Estimate, planning and monthly reporting on dedicated projects.
• Drive implementation of project control tools, systems, training and adherence.
