CTS Nordics AS is seeking a structured Project Administrator to support a Narvik-area data center project. You will handle administrative tasks, onboarding coordination, housing and travel, and documentation management to keep project operations smooth and compliant.

The role requires proven admin and logistics experience, bilingual Norwegian/English communication, and a proactive, multitasking mindset in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative and logistics coordination.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
• Coordinate onboarding and housing for personnel.
• Coordinate travel and equipment for staff and project needs.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.
• Follow up on practical and operational matters across the project.
• Handle general office administration and mail/deliveries.
