Job summary

CTS Nordics AS is seeking a structured and proactive Project Administrator to support a major data center project in the Narvik area. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and manage logistics including housing, travel, and equipment.

The role focuses on coordinating documentation, schedules, and office operations while maintaining up-to-date project records and serving as a point of contact for employees and queries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative and logistics coordination, ideally within a large complex organization.
• Practically oriented, with strong operational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
• Facilitate and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• Coordinate employee housing, vehicles, travel and accommodation
• Order and coordinate necessary equipment for employees and the project, and ensure equipment is available when needed
• Support scheduling, correspondence and general project administration
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is kept up to date
• Follow up on practical and operational matters across the project
• Support and improve administrative routines and processes
• Act as a point of contact for employees and operational queries
• Manage general office administration, including coffee machines, canteen arrangements and other office-related services
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Ensure relevant documentation is handled in line with company and legal requirements
