Job summary

CTS Nordics AS is seeking a structured Project Administrator to support a major data center project in the Narvik area. You will provide administrative support, coordinate onboarding, and manage project documentation to ensure smooth execution.

The role emphasizes proactive coordination, handling housing, travel, and office services, and acting as a contact for staff queries. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, with high integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative and logistics coordination within a large organization.
• Strong operational multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• High integrity and reliability handling multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Arrange housing, vehicles, travel and accommodation for staff.
• Order and coordinate equipment for employees and projects.
• Assist scheduling, correspondence and general project administration.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date.
• Follow up on practical and operational matters across the project.
• Improve administrative routines and processes.
• Act as a point of contact for employees and operational queries.
• Handle general office administration and deliveries.
• Ensure documentation complies with company and legal requirements.
