Job summary

NATO Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway, seeks an experienced procurement and contracting professional to support the Purchasing & Contracting section. You will administer contracts, review documents, and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders in a structured governmental environment.

The role requires at least three years in procurement, one year in budget/finance, experience with ERP systems, and NATO-level English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in procurement and contracting.
• At least one year of budget or financial administration experience.
• Experience using electronic procurement systems, ideally ERP/financial platforms.
• Strong MS Office and Teams capabilities.
• English proficiency equivalent to NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3333.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, purchase orders, amendments and modifications.
• Review documentation for accuracy, renewal requirements and compliance.
• Prepare and process tenders, RFQ and market research activities.
• Support proposals, invoicing and payment information.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
