Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced procurement/contracting professional to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The role involves contract administration, purchasing, and financial support within a structured multinational defence environment.

Candidates should have prior defence/government procurement experience, familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and strong MS Office/Teams skills.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years procurement and contracting experience, incl. 2 years in government or military.
• At least 1 year of budget or financial administration experience.
• Experience using an electronic procurement system integrated with an ERP/financial platform (Oracle or SAP).
• Strong MS Office and Teams skills.
• English proficiency to NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3333.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, purchase orders, amendments and modifications.
• Review contractual documents for accuracy and renewal requirements.
• Prepare competitive tenders and RFQs.
• Support RFP and market research activity.
• Prepare procurement docs, contract analyses and records.
