Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Limited invites applicants for a Contracting Service Support role supporting the NATO Joint Warfare Centre in Stavanger, Norway. The role covers procurement, contract administration and financial support within a structured multinational Defence environment.

The candidate should have at least three years in procurement/contracting, with government or military exposure, and budget/financial admin experience. On-site with potential remote days, salary £500/day, 90–220 days/year.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in procurement/contracting, with two+ years in government or military settings.
• Budget/financial administration experience including invoicing, payroll or HR administration.
• Experience with electronic procurement systems, ideally ERP/financial platforms (Oracle or SAP).
• Strong MS Office and Teams proficiency; ability to work in a multinational defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, purchase orders, amendments and modifications.
• Review contractual docs for accuracy, renewals, and completeness.
• Prepare competitive tenders and RFQs and support proposals and market research.
• Prepare procurement documentation, analyses and records.
• Develop sole-source justifications, budgets and programme of work.
• Reconcile monthly invoices and support timely payments.
• Monitor delivery against contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with JWC departments and external stakeholders, including MoD.
