Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Norge AS is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for a 15-month temporary position in Oslo. You will oversee customer relations and sales for pathology laboratories, focusing on diagnostic tests, instruments, and digital solutions. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement from Brynseng, Oslo.

You will lead commercial strategies, manage tender processes, and build strong partnerships with customers while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Higher scientific education (biomedical laboratory scientist, bachelor, or master)
• Documented sales experience, ideally towards the Norwegian healthcare sector
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Experience with laboratory operations, preferably pathology laboratories

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary link between Roche and partners and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Take full ownership of the sales process for assigned laboratories—from opportunity identification to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring Roche is perceived as a value-creating partner.
• Proactively identify current and future customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (service, application, marketing) to deliver optimal solutions and satisfaction.
• Prepare competitive offers, participate in tenders, and manage contract follow-up including renewals.
