Qualifications

5–10 years leadership experience in R&D, Product Development or Innovation within Diagnostics, MedTech or Life Sciences.
Experience leading highly specialized teams across functions.
Strong collaboration across Commercial, Operations, Product Management, Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
Structured yet agile leadership enabling quality and speed decisions.
Curious, pragmatic, open-minded with a focus on value creation.

Responsibilities

Lead and further develop Gentian's R&D organization and processes.
Develop people, leaders and technical capabilities within R&D.
Contribute to Gentian's overall business strategy as part of the Executive Management Team.
Ensure product maintenance and development align with customer needs and business priorities.
Drive collaboration across Commercial, Product Management, Operations and Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
Represent Gentian externally to customers, partners and the scientific community.
