Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Norway is seeking a Customer Experience Manager for a 15-month temporary position in Oslo to ensure an outstanding customer journey across pathology laboratories. You will be the link between Roche and partners, shaping commercial strategies and activities for this portfolio of leading diagnostic tests, instruments, and digital solutions.

You will join a collaborative team, own the sales process for laboratories, build strong relationships, and work with service, applications

Qualifications

• Higher scientific education in biomedical laboratory science or equivalent.
• Experience with pathology laboratories is a plus.
• Sales and customer-oriented experience in the Norwegian healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s main point of contact and trusted ambassador for Roche.
• Take full ownership of the sales process for assigned laboratories from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring Roche is seen as a valuable partner.
• Identify current and future customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and satisfaction.
• Prepare competitive offers, participate in tenders, and manage renewals.
