Job summary

ColliCare is seeking a curious, analytical marketing analytics professional to join our international marketing team in Norway. You will transform data into insights to improve campaign performance and ROI across channels.

You will design dashboards, manage data from multiple platforms, and collaborate with marketing and sales to drive growth. Start 1st November or a negotiated date, with a possible hybrid Oslo/Vestby office arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, CRM and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Salesforce Marketing, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio, or BI-system.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions.
• Experience with advanced data modeling and multi-touch attribution.
• Certifications in Google Analytics and major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize campaigns across channels (organic/paid, social, newsletters).
• Clean, organize, and synthesize large marketing datasets from multiple platforms.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards; perform ROI calculations.
• Translate data into clear insights for growth opportunities.
• Develop target audiences and personalize communications.
• Identify low performing conversions and evaluate A/B tests.
• Suggest budget shifts toward high-performing segments.
