Job summary

Easee in Stavanger seeks a Senior Embedded Developer to design and maintain embedded software for EV chargers. You’ll mentor colleagues, improve processes, and influence hardware-software architecture decisions to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.

Collaborate with hardware, software, PMO, and product teams to advance next-generation chargers, while shaping the technical roadmap and driving improvements across the portfolio. English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics or related field (hands-on experience can compensate).
• Experience with embedded systems in C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Core firmware development for existing and upcoming EV charger products.
• Mentor teammates and influence architecture decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, PMO and Product to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Support architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
